Chocolate Protein Banana Overnight Oats
The perfect breakfast when you don't have time to cook in the morning.
One of the hardest parts about eating breakfast is not having time to cook.
The perfect remedy for a healthy option is protein overnight oats. You make them the night before, and they’re ready for you to eat in the morning. You can make one or batch prepare your breakfast for the entire week.
This is a staple in Kaywood’s Kitchen. There is an endless amount of variety that you can utilize. You can find the recipe for our Chocolate Banana Protein Overnight Oats below.
Recipe
In one mason jar, put:
1/2 cup of oatmeal (preferably organic)
1 scoop of your favorite chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1/2 cup of organic almond milk
Stir all ingredients in the mason jar
Add 1/2 cup of Greek Yogurt
1/4 slice of banana at the top
A few chocolate chips
Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours. We usually make a batch on Monday nights for the week ahead.
